1.  How much is shipping? Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we work hard to always provide worldwide shipping! Standard shipping is a flat rate of $4.99 for all orders. Orders with a subtotal of $100+ will automatically have free shipping applied.

  1.  Where do you ship from?

We ship products to you from our partnered factories located primarily in the United States and China.

  1.  I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order and get my money back please?

All orders are processed and moved to production shortly after the order is placed. We can not issue refunds once the order is already

  • in production
  • being prepared for shipment
  • or has been shipped

However, if you contact us immediately after placing your order we may be able to cancel your order.

  1.  How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed & shipped out within 1-5 business days. Estimated shipping time for US orders is 3-10 business days. International orders have an estimated shipping of 1-3 weeks. All Movie Prop Replicas have an estimated shipping time of up to 1-3 weeks.

5. How do I obtain my tracking number?

Your tracking number(s) will be provided to you by email once your item(s) have been shipped. When receiving your tracking number(s), please allow up 1-3 days for the shipping company to activate/update the tracking number.

6.  Do you accept Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations?

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If you are dissatisfied with your order or a specific item in your order please contact me to discuss! These situations are treated on a case-by-case bases, but are always resolvable. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

7. Who pays for returns that are damaged or defective?

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

8. Will my order be delivered by ________?

If you plan to purchase one of our products as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the item(s) close, in regards to our estimated shipping time, when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
